The standout feature of this project is our custom-built membership portal and door entrance system that automatically tracks customer orders from Shopify and grants them access to the playground for a specific number of visits, creating a frictionless experience for both customers and staff.

Complete Branding Package
We developed a vibrant, family-friendly brand identity that captures the fun and excitement of AlphaKidz Playground. The branding reflects their commitment to safe, nonstop fun for children while maintaining a professional appearance that parents trust.

E-Commerce Website with Event Booking
A fully functional Shopify-based e-commerce website where customers can purchase party packages (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Ultimate, and All Or Nothing), book admissions, view schedules, and manage their bookings. The site features seamless checkout, package customization options, and integrated booking calendar.

Custom Membership Portal & Access System
The centerpiece of this project is our innovative custom-built membership portal and automated door entrance system—a solution that seamlessly bridges e-commerce transactions with physical access control.
How It Works
When customers purchase admission passes, party packages, or membership plans through the Shopify website, the system automatically:
- ✓ Tracks the order details and customer information from Shopify
- ✓ Creates or updates the customer's membership account in the portal
- ✓ Grants access credits based on the purchased package (e.g., single admission, 10-visit pass, party package)
- ✓ Syncs access permissions with the door entrance system
- ✓ Provides customers with a unique access method with NFC card
Door Entrance Integration
The physical door entrance system is directly connected to the membership portal, allowing customers to:
- ✓ Scan their card at the entrance
- ✓ Automatically verify their access credits and remaining visits
- ✓ Gain entry when credits are available, or receive a notification if access has expired
- ✓ Have their visit automatically deducted from their account
- ✓ Track their visit history and remaining credits through the portal
Admin Control Panel
We created a comprehensive admin panel that gives AlphaKidz staff complete oversight and control over the membership system:
- ✓ Real-time dashboard showing active members, access usage, and system status
- ✓ View and manage individual customer accounts and access credits
- ✓ Revoke or suspend access instantly when needed (for policy violations, expired memberships, etc.)
- ✓ Monitor door entrance activity and access attempts in real-time
- ✓ Generate reports on customer visits, popular packages, and revenue analytics
- ✓ Manual access override capabilities for special circumstances
- ✓ Security features including access logs and audit trails
